Our Mission
I qualified as a Therapeutic Reflexologist from Dougan’s International Academy of Reflexology & Meridian Therapy in 2018. I am registered with the Allied Health professionals council and the American Institute of Reflexology. I completed my Reflexology Lymph Drainage certificate with Sally Kay from the United Kingdom, and continued professional development in Auricular Therapy and Pregnancy Care. My passion is to educate and support my clients to take care of their health in a holistic manner, using a whole body approach. The preventative care of Reflexology has benefitted my family greatly, and i love that it can be used on young and old alike.

Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD) is a reflexology technique which focuses on stimulating the lymphatic reflexes on the feet.
