REFLEXOLOGY

In a Reflexology treatment the feet are a microcosm of the body and stimulating the reflex points in the feet is known to activate the bodies own healing potential, improving circulation, boosting immunity and inducing deep relaxation. It is a technique that applies gentle pressure to your feet or hands. By pressing and massaging these points it can stimulate energy pathways in the body. If any energy pathways are blocked reflexology aims to unblock them. Allowing the energy to flow freely again which aims to restore balance to the body. Reflexology is a Holistic treatment. It does not treat a symptom it treats the body as a whole.

AURICULAR THERAPY

Auricular Therapy is the stimulation of the auricle, external ear, for the treatment of health conditions and discomforts in other parts of the body. The ear is a microcosm of the body, much like the feet and hands. Auriculotherapy often refers to electrical stimulation of the surface of the ear reflex points. Stimulation of these reflex points can be achieved by manual pressure, lasers, magnets and ear seeds. Specific reflex points on the ear can help to regulate the bodies internal organs, structures and functions, much like a traditional reflexology treatment.

REFLEXOLOGY LYMPH DRAINAGE

RLD is an award winning reflexology technique which focuses on stimulating the lymphatic reflexes on the feet. The aim is to cause an effect on the lymphatic system in the body. It is a unique sequence that has been researched and developed by Sally Kay, whilst working in Cancer Care. The results appear to support the theory of reflexology. RLD was developed to relieve secondary lymphoedema of the arm following breast cancer treatment. WHAT TO EXPECT IN A REFLEXOLOGY TREATMENT

A detailed health report will be taken to understand and address your specific health needs and treatment plan. Then, you can lay back and relax while receiving your treatment.

Reactions during the session range from physical to emotional and may include:
